Ivan Cornejo Announces New Album ‘Mirada,’

The Mexican American singer-songwriter Ivan Cornejo has just announced his new album Mirada, which will be released July 18 via Zaragoza Records/Interscope. The set  Mirada will follow his 2022 Dañado album, which peaked No. 1 on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Albums chart for 37 nonconsecutive weeks, making it the fourth-most since the chart launched in 1985.

The Mirada was announced on Wednesday (June 5 2024) with a trailer showing what fans can expect in the new album.

“Ivan, do you think you’ll fall in love again?” A voice asks the 20-year-old, who sits in front of a bonfire. “I don’t want to,” Cornejo quickly responds. Mirada will be home to his latest single “Baby Please.”
